Upon purchasing the Software, Vercher Technologies grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on your devices for your organizational purposes. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
The Software stores all data locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. You are solely responsible for backing up and securing your hardware to prevent data loss. Vercher Technologies is not liable for any lost, corrupted, or exposed data resulting from the use of the Software.
You may not redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or modify the Software or any of its licensing files or mechanisms.
